Due to the rapid development of electronic technologies, antijamming has become a great challenge to radars. An adaptive polarization canceller algorithm which benefits from the selectivity of dual polarization radars is presented. This algorithm uses the jamming sampling data to calculate the optimum weight coefficient based on the least output power rule and is applied to the target sampling data to achieve jamming cancellation. Simulations and examinations prove the performance of the algorithm.
